Uniting us for them

The goal of the Fauna Care Collab is to unite veterinarian professionals, government sectors, and wildlife organizations to improve the quality of life for indigenous wildlife while receiving medical treatment. Our aim is to establish a unified approach to animal welfare that is akin to the treatment of companion pets and to provide better medical care and promote the overall well-being of native animals.

We strive to elevate the level of clinical care received by these animals, bringing it on par with the standards set for companion pets. By working together, Fauna Care Collab hopes to make a significant impact on the lives of Australia’s native wildlife through education, training, and support.

Wildlife advocacy groups, rescues and carers

The organization believes that by uniting veterinary professionals, governmental departments, and wildlife groups together, they can provide education, training, and support to increase the treatment and care that Australian native animals receive

A safe space for professionals to share new material, studies, ideas, and practices. Supporting each other through connection and team work

A platform where Veterinary Personnel, Wildlife Rescue, Carers, and Emergency Responders can harmoniously collaborate during peacetime with the aim to maximise resources, medical care, services and funding for native wildlife during a crisis.
